varsity.

Greeting readers. I have returned from my weekend hiatus in San Francisco.

Not only was it Labor Day weekend, it also happened to be the weekend that I turned (::BLUSH::) TWENTY-THREE. Yes, my friends. I am no longer 21 - the age of innocence; nor am I 22 - the age of excusable youth. Which means that I have absolutely no excuse for the fact that I am currently blogging while drunk.

This birthday weekend I displayed quite a few feats of athleticism. It was unclear whether this was a symbolic defiance towards aging or an acceptance of impending death.

For example, white water rafting down the American River in Class 3 rapids.

And drunk-golfing. Notice the red solo cups that remain (without shame) in our hands.

In other news, I have begun swimming at my gym over the past few days. While I was swimming, I thought to myself - Wouldn't it be amazing if I could listen to music while I swam boring, tedious laps??

So sure enough, when I Googled "Ipod swimming," I discovered the most amazing invention.

Introducing the H2O Audio waterproof audio case and (not pictured) the H2o Audio waterproof headphones. I'm pretty much going to be swimming in style...

...Let the games begin.
